Best winter buy
Reviewed By Susan, 16 Sep 2012

After spending some time investigating winter boots and reading the reviews I purchased the Janey Boot and haven't been disappointed.
They're very fashionable and look great with casual skirts and well as trousers. They work well be it a cross-country walk or the school run. The grips are fantastic and make me far more confident walking in icy condition.
I now cant wait for winter again

Look good but not good grip
Reviewed By Maxine, 04 Mar 2012

Love the look and feel of these boots and they are great for me as I can't usually wear knee length boots as they tend to be too tight. The only bad side of these Janey boots for me is that, although they grip well in snow and slushy conditions, they do slip quite badly on smooth wet or smooth icy surfaces. I have to be really careful not to fall, especially on slopes.

Fell in love with this boot!

I was looking for a winter boot to wear in bad weather but that was smart enough to wear at work (I'm a teacher). I fell in love with these, they are warm and very comfortable - having bought the brown style, I also tracked down and purchased a black pair. They have now been stowed away until the next wintry weather spell.
