- Back adjustment is well designed being able to place the weight firmly in the right part of your back.
- No strapping. A zip pocket instead of strapping on the outside. This means those little bits you want to just tuck in (items of clothing, map, etc...) have to be stored by taking the pack off your back. The two elastic loops (probably for this feature) broke immediately on use (eg the plastic end piece came off). I tied a reef knot and it works the same :-)
