Very comfortable and commodeous
The strap height adjustment mechanism failed after about 10 days of hard usage! However, on returning home the pack was replaced for a new one and so far - no problems

Have given this a 10 for quality though have only just purchased it so can't say how it will last long term. However, my daughter used it for her DofE practice last weekend and found it really comfortable and very ergonomic. The shoulder straps are well-padded and though her hips ached afterwards, I think this was more down to not being used to carrying heavy weight and walking long distances than the rucksack. She said her rucksack carrying experience was far better than her fellow walkers and I think it really helped that we got such good advice from the very helpful Cotswold team at our local store: friends have bought their teenagers rucksacks without having them properly fitted and whilst I had no idea how important this was, having had one fitted, I can see how key that is. I also really like the fact that Ayacucho as a brand are trying to ensure their products are produced with regard for the environment and people who produce them too. Top marks all round!
