It is important to note that if your orders exceeds 30kg or 1.5 metres we may need to apply a further charge, however, we will always contact you before doing this. To ensure that we are able to contact you, please check that your personal details in My Account are up-to-date.
The UK carrier company, DPD will be responsible for your parcel’s journey, from the UK to your specific country. In most instances your parcel will be passed onto a local carrier network and will be delivered directly to your door according to standard delivery procedures.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver gas, cooker fuels, lighting fluids or any knives or bladed items internationally. Some larger items, such as tents and luggage cases, may also have restricted delivery.
You will be sent a tracking number via e-mail when your order despatches and can use this to follow your parcel’s journey here. If your order has not arrived within the specified time, or if you have any problems tracking your parcel, then please Contact Us.
If you’re not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card with information about how to re-arrange your delivery or pick your parcel up.
