- Just used them for a week in the French Alps after deciding it was time to upgrade my 30 year old crampons. Easy and quick to put on and take off. I particularly liked the single strap tightening, once done up they never loosened. I didn't suffer from balling up which suggests the antibot plate does work. I'm glad I invested in a new pair as they are better overall, even though my old ones are lighter.
- Once done up there is a long strap which needs tidying away otherwise it is a trip hazard. I experimented with tucking it into my laces, round my boot ankles, or making hitches to shorten it. I'm sure it must be possible to design a standard way of fixing the remaining loose strap once tightened.
