Our Click & Collect service allows you to choose how you receive your new gear depending on where the stock is available and what is convenient for you.

How it works

When you view a product and select a size, you will see a "Click & Collect" button if this service is available for your chosen product. To find out if you can collect the item from a store of your choice, click this button and choose from the options available.

Click & Collect service

Once you have selected a store for collection, you can always change your options. In your basket, you can review all items and selected delivery or collection options before you complete your order, as well as amending any options already selected using the "Edit Delivery Options" link next to each product.

If you buy more than 1 item, you can choose whether you want one item delivered, want to collect another from your local store and so on.

Collecting your items

When you have ordered your items online, you will receive an email confirming your order and chosen collection options. You will receive a second email from your chosen store to confirm when the items are ready for collection.

Items can only be collected within store opening hours which are provided in the confirmation email and also on our website here.

Please note: Items will be held in store for a maximum of 48 hours. However, if you are not able to collect the items during this period, you can contact the store and request a longer collection period

    To collect your order, please bring the following items with you:
  • 1. Email confirmation or order confirmation
  • 2. Valid photo I.D such as a photo driving license or passport.

Products available for Click & Collect

This feature is not available for all products at present - you will not see the "Click & Collect" option for these products.

Some products such as gas cannisters, are only available for collection from a store.

What do I need to take with me when I collect my items?

You will need to take the order confirmation number or confirmation email with you to collect your items.
We will also ask you to present a valid photo I.D such as a photo driving license or passport.

How long will the store hold my order?

Orders will normally be held for a minimum of 48 hours after you are notified that your order is available for collection.

What happens if I can’t collect my order?

If you cannot collect your order within the 48 hour period, please contact the store directly about alternative collection arrangements.

How do I return a Click & Collect order?

Your order may be returned to any Cotswold Outdoor store. For orders where the payment method was PayPal, please return your items via post to avoid unnecessary delays as we are currently unable to process this in store.

Are there any products that cannot be purchased for Click & Collect?

Yes, although you can order most products online for store collection, there are some items for which we do not offer this service.
