Delivery Policy

Order Online, for Home Delivery

  • We offer FREE Standard UK Delivery for all orders over £30. For all purchases under or equal to £30.00, Standard UK Delivery will be charged at £3.95.
  • For Standard UK Delivery, we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days, however it could be longer dependant on stock availability.
  • Where offered, Next Day and Named Day UK Delivery will be charged at £4.95. The service is not available for all products. All orders for Next Day UK Delivery must be placed before 2pm UK time (Monday – Saturday) and 12pm on Sundays. Sorry, we do not currently deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Choose Named Day Delivery and be confident that your order will be delivered to you on the date that is most convenient for you. If you place your order before 2pm, then Next Day delivery will be available. We are sorry that we currently do not offer delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. You will be able to select your preferred delivery date when you have added all your items to your Basket. If you order multiple items and one or more show different delivery times, it could be because your item is out of stock (this can vary between different colours and sizes of the same item). Please pay attention to the delivery date stated during the Checkout and on your order confirmation email.

  • Delivery dates will vary depending on whether the item is in stock at our warehouse.
  • Different colours and sizes of the same item can have different delivery times. Please pay attention to the delivery date stated.
  • Parcels will be despatched when all items in your order are available. To arrange a split parcel delivery, please contact our customer services team.

In-store Order, for Home Delivery

If you are shopping in store and the store does not stock an item you would like to purchase, you can place your order with one of our friendly members of staff. When ordering your item you can arrange to have your parcel delivered to your home, or collect it in store. For further details on delivery, refer to the information above.

Next Day and Named Day UK Delivery is not available for any products purchased in-store.

Delivery Restrictions

There are certain items which we are unable to deliver to your home. Unfortunately we cannot deliver gas, cooker fuels, lighting fluids or any knives or bladed items, as well as large, heavy and bulky items. We have a weight restriction of 30kg and size restriction of 1.5m in length and girth combined. If you would like to purchase an item online with any of the above restrictions you will need to collect them in store.

Click & Collect (Online Order, Collect In-store)

'Click and Collect (from 1 hour)' is only available for items held in stock in our stores. Please check individual product pages for this information. Our stores have varying opening hours, so please check with your local store before making a visit.

In order to collect your order you will need to provide the following:

  • Your order confirmation (this should have been sent to you by email after confirming your order, alternatively you can log in and navigate to ‘My Account’ then ‘Order Tracking’ where your order number will be displayed)
  • Identification.
  • The credit or debit card that you ordered with.

With our click & collect service you can pick up your new gear, free of charge, from a store that is convenient for you. All products available for click & collect will have the option available to you during the Checkout process.

Please be aware that the single use carrier bag charge is in effect for all stores. All Cotswold Outdoor branded carrier bags will be charged at 5p each, regardless of the size of the bag.

Once you have ordered your items...

1. You will receive an email confirming your order with your collection options.

2. You will then receive a second email from your chosen store to confirm when your items are ready to be collected.

Items will be held in store for a maximum of 48 hours from when we email you to confirm your order is ready for collection. However, this may be extended at the store managers discretion. Store opening hours are provided in your confirmation email and can be found here.
