Delivery In Time For Christmas

For standard UK delivery order by Wednesday 21st December 11:59pm to ensure your gifts are delivered in time for Christmas Day.

For next day and named day delivery order by 14:00pm on Thursday 22nd December to ensure you receive your gifts in time for Christmas Day. This service is not available for all products.

Standard UK Delivery, Next Day and Named Day Delivery applies to items held in our warehouse, items with longer delivery dates may be held with the supplier and may take longer to reach you. Please pay attention to the delivery date stated on the product page and once you have added the item to your basket.

Order Online, for Home Delivery

  • We offer FREE Standard UK Delivery for all orders over £30. For all purchases under or equal to £30.00, Standard UK Delivery will be charged at £3.95.
  • For Standard UK Delivery, we aim to deliver within 2-4 working days, however it could be longer dependant on stock availability.
  • Where offered, Next Day and Named Day UK Delivery will be charged at £4.95. The service is not available for all products. All orders for Next Day UK Delivery must be placed before 2pm UK time (Monday – Saturday) and 12pm on Sundays. Sorry, we do not currently deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Choose Named Day Delivery and be confident that your order will be delivered to you on the date that is most convenient for you. If you place your order before 2pm, then Next Day delivery will be available. We are sorry that we currently do not offer delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. You will be able to select your preferred delivery date when you have added all your items to your Basket. If you order multiple items and one or more show different delivery times, it could be because your item is out of stock (this can vary between different colours and sizes of the same item). Please pay attention to the delivery date stated during the Checkout and on your order confirmation email.

  • Please check individual products for stated minimum and maximum delivery times. This can be found under the size menu when ordering and on your confirmation email.

  • Delivery dates will vary depending on whether the item is in stock at our warehouse.
  • Different colours and sizes of the same item can have different delivery times. Please pay attention to the delivery date stated.
  • Parcels will be despatched when all items in your order are available. To arrange a split parcel delivery, please contact our customer services team.

Delivery Restrictions

There are certain items which we are unable to deliver to your home or via the Parcelforce Convenienctcollect option. Unfortunately we cannot deliver gas, cooker fuels, lighting fluids or any knives or bladed items, as well as large, heavy and bulky items. We have a weight restriction of 30kg and size restriction of 1.5m in length and girth combined. If you would like to purchase an item online with any of the above restrictions you will need to choose Click & Collect, and collect from your preferred Cotswold Outdoor store.

In-store Order, for Home Delivery

If you are shopping in store and the store does not stock an item you would like to purchase, you can place your order with one of our friendly members of staff. When ordering your item you can arrange to have your parcel delivered to your home, or collect it in store. For further details on delivery, refer to the information above.

Next Day and Named Day UK Delivery is not available for any products purchased in-store.

Click & Collect (Order Online, Collect In-store)

'Click and Collect (from 1 hour)' is only available for items held in stock in our stores. Please check individual product pages for this information. Our stores have varying opening hours, so please check with your local store before making a visit.

In order to collect your order you will need to provide the following:

  • Your order confirmation (this should have been sent to you by email after confirming your order, alternatively you can log in and navigate to ‘My Account’ then ‘Order Tracking’ where your order number will be displayed)
  • Identification.
  • The credit or debit card that you ordered with.

With our click & collect service you can pick up your new gear, free of charge, from a store that is convenient for you. All products available for click & collect will have the option available to you during the Checkout process.

Please be aware that the single use carrier bag charge is in effect for all stores. All Cotswold Outdoor branded carrier bags will be charged at 5p each, regardless of the size of the bag.

Once you have ordered your items...

1. You will receive an email confirming your order with your collection options.

2. You will then receive a second email from your chosen store to confirm when your items are ready to be collected.

Items will be held in store for a maximum of 48 hours from when we email you to confirm your order is ready for collection. However, this may be extended at the store managers discretion. Store opening hours are provided in your confirmation email and can be found here.

Parcelforce Convenientcollect

With the Parcelforce Convenientcollect service you can pick up your new gear from over 10,500 Post Office locations in the UK. Products that are available for Parcelforce Convenientcollect will have the option available to you when you are on the product detail page or in the Checkout online.

Once an order is placed using Convenientcollect, the address or delivery method cannot be amended. If you change your mind, please contact our customer services team to cancel the order. You can then create a new order using your preferred delivery method.

The Parcelforce Convenientcollect service is FREE for orders over £30 and £3.95 for orders under. Simply choose your local collection point and collect once you have received your SMS or email notifying your order is ready for collection. Please check opening times before you visit your local Post Office, and check that there is adequate parking available nearby if your order is oversized. Once you have ordered your items...

  • You will receive an SMS and email confirming your order is with your chosen collection point. If you have no mobile number assigned to your account you will only receive an email.

  • When you collect your items at your chosen collection point you will need the booking reference number (included on the order confirmation and dispatch emails) as well as a valid photo I.D (driving license or passport).

Please note that if you would like only part of your order delivered via Parcelforce Convenientcollect and other items to be collected in store or for home delivery, please place two separate orders. Each Post Office has a capacity and will be removed from the website when that capacity is full. Parcels will be held at the Post Office for a maximum of 14 days before being returned to Cotswold Outdoor.
