If the items you have ordered show different delivery times, all items will be delivered together in 10-14 working days unless otherwise specified.

Weight/Size Restrictions

UK

Normal service limits: up to 30kg and 1.5m in length or 3m length and girth combined. Larger items:up to 2.5m in length.

International

Normal service limits: up to 30kg and 1.5m in length or 3m length and girth combined in most countries.

BFPO deliveries

Please ensure you select 'BFPO' from the Country drop down field when entering your address. Failure to do this can result in your parcel being mis-routed and may cause long delays.

For BFPO destinations that are exempt from VAT the prices will be adjusted by us after your order has been placed. It is essential that you have selected 'BFPO' from the country drop down field for this to occur. We cannot apply retrospective refunds for VAT once your order has been dispatched.

We send all BFPO deliveries to Commercial Receipts via Parcel Force where they then distribute to the correct locations.

For Op Herrick BFPO 715, 755, 758, 764, 772, 792

• Packets are limited to 2kg in weight
• Size limits:
Minimum one surface at least 90mm x 140mm.
Maximum length + depth + width = 900mm width
Maximum single dimension = 600mm.

HM Ships BFPO 200 – 499

• Max weight 11kg
• Size limits 1.05m in length or 2.00m length and girth combined

All other BFPO's

• Max weight 30kg
• Size limits 1.05m in length or 2.00m length and girth combined

It may be necessary to split your order into multiple consignments where these criteria are exceeded. If this is not possible, we will contact you directly.

Delivery time: Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery for your parcel to pass through the BFPO system.

Friends and family: Unfortunately we are charged commercial rates for BFPO deliveries. If you wish to take advantage of the BFPO free delivery scheme for relatives and friends, you will need to take your parcel to the Post Office.

Please note: your email order acknowledgement will state the full retail value including VAT. We will send you a VAT invoice showing the corrected totals.
