Online Order, for Home Delivery

Free delivery on all orders to the UK from 19th - 21st September 2014. No minimum spend required. Ends Sunday.

We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, however it could be longer dependant on stock. If you order before 2pm we aim to pick and despatch your items the same day.

If you order multiple items and one or more show different delivery times, it could be because your item is out of stock (this can vary between different colours and sizes of the same item). Please pay attention to the delivery times stated under the size menu, when ordering and on your confirmation email.

To avoid disruption to our customers, parcels won’t be despatched until all items are in stock. To arrange a split parcel delivery, please contact our customer services team.

In-store Order, for Home Delivery

If you are shopping in store and the store does not stock an item you would like to purchase, you can place your order with one of our friendly members of staff. When ordering your item you can arrange to have your parcel delivered to your home, or collect it in store. For further details on delivery, refer to the information above.

Delivery Restrictions

There are certain items which we are unable to deliver to your home. Unfortunately we cannot deliver gas or cooker fuel, as well as large, heavy and bulky items. We have a weight restriction of 30kg and size retriction of 1.5m in length and girth combined. If you would like to purchase an item online with any of the above restrictions you will need to collect them in store.

Click & Collect (Online Order, Collect In-store)

With our click & collect service you can pick up your new gear, free of charge, from a store that is convenient for you. All products available for click & collect will have the option underneath to ‘add to basket’.

Find your nearest store

If you are buying more than one item you can choose to have some items delivered whilst collecting others from your local store.

Once you have ordered your items...

1. You will receive an email confirming your order with your collection options.

2. You will then receive a second email from your chosen store to confirm when your items are ready to be collected.

3. When you collect your items in store you will need your order confirmation number or confirmation email and a valid photo I.D (driving license or passport).

Items will be held in store for a minimum of 48 hours, however, this may be extended at the store managers discretion. Store opening hours are provided in your confirmation email and can be found here.
