The design of the shoe forces better footwork, and the heel of the shoe really helps with heel hooks.
The design of the shoe is such that it is not a comfortable shoe to wear between climbs. even long climbs may be a problem.

Good camber for extra hook on technical overhangs. Good tight fit out of the box so no need to size down though yet to see what the stretch will be like after more use. Heel seems decent so far, good shoe for heel hooks always hard to find. Toe support where I want it too. For a lace-up it's very quick to tighten and remove.
Heel loops still a little awkward to get into and could be more rounded.

I found these shoes helped me climb routes that I couldn't before hand as I'm new to climbing but I'm advancing levels quite quickly. As I didn't want to be stuck with novice shoes (since I'm now climbing up to V6 routes) I opted for a more intermediate shoe. These have quite an aggressive toe allowing you to learn certain techniques that you probably wouldn't be able to stick in beginners shoes. The laces help to make sure that you can tighten them where you needed to.
Non so far...
