Once I got it to spit out OS grid references it's all been plain sailing.
The instructions don't fully and clearly describe all the things you can do.

Cheap and extremely accurate.
Excellent when trying to locate a high point on a featureless moor.
Good battery life.
Marking waypoints feature.

its a good robust design.
Garmin ludicrously over complicate things, and their supporting guidance seems to have been written in serbo translated into japanese and then into into English. But if you can ignore the waffle, and don't need to rely on the support network, this is a handy tool.
