Good when it is working properly.
I bought 3 for a specific purpose and 2 out of 3 did not work on the day.

Battery life on AA batteries with normal use is terrible

I wanted a GPS for both cycling and for Hill walking, and this ticks both boxes very well. Easy to use, fixes satellites quickly and so far no glitches. Very useful and easy to follow GB OS 1:50 basemap. very pleased.
It does use a lot of battery power, but I could probably lessen it if I used fewer of the features. I currently use rechargeable AA's, maybe better with the Garmin batter pack.

It does not work with the latest version of Garmin Connect, their computer interface, but does with Garmin Basecamp.

It is good for finding where you are and the map is good for navigating with.
The battery does not seem to last very long , it seems to have a mind of its own. When doing the same task get different results, probably me
