Great exercise tool.

The gripmaster heavy is a great simple no thrills bit of kit. I do 30 minutes watching tv, 15 minutes on each hand and my grip is becoming mighty. It gives great forearm definition also.

Excellent device - climber must have
Reviewed By andrew, 28 Dec 2012

Great product for climbers seeking to improve grip strength. Every climber knows that without a good grip and finger strength, you aint going anywhere regardless of the condition of the rest of your muscles. The grip master helps to condition the fingers and grip, and even allows for individual finger condition which is unique as most grip training devices do not offer this. The best way to develop your grip is to climb however its not always that easy to get on the wall so a good grip trainer can help to condition your grip where ever you are. nice and compact device. The price is reasonable aswel!

Great buy!

Good starter

If you're wanting to improve finger strength the grip master is a good device to start on. The hardest part is remembering to use it regularly.
