Warm, comfortable but flawed.

OK. First off, this jacket is extremely warm and comfortable to wear and allows good flexibility. It looks great and is packed full of features.
The problem is the build quality. The first jacket was returned after about 2 months of very light use as a lot of stitching started to come undone. The replacement jacket saw very light occasional use and then 1 week snowboarding. It was returned again after this week as again alot of stitching came undone. The inside lining had become unstitched and the insulation had fallen out. For a jacket designed for winter sports this is not acceptable. To be fair to Cotswold, the jacket was returned without any problems and a full refund was given. I have been told that this is not the only instance of poor quality in protest products, but the other reviewers do not appear to have had a problem yet.

Great winter jacket

Saw this is ne of your stores and meant to go back and buy but when I did it wasn't there anymore! Luckily your staff were on hand to order some from the warehouse for me to try on before buying. Great jacket very warm, well designed pockets, nice soft tweed material but also waterproof.
Only negative is the hood which is non-removable and the Velcro over zip fastening (not a fan of Velcro!)

Absolutely amazing.

Really well thought out - even has little half gloves built in - one with a window so you can see your watch! Headphones passthrough, pockets galore, and even a built in goggle wipe. It looks great and is absolutely amazing.

Amazing all round jacket

Brilliant jacket.
Looks really good.
So comfortable, it's like being back in bed.
Worth every penny.
Arrived the day after ordering which was a nice surprise! Thanks Cotswold Outdoor!
Couldn't recommend enough.
