Nuun

Nuun Tablets

1 2 3 4 5

Nuun comes in a tough tube that is water resistant and perfect for carrying in your hand, bike jersey, pack…wherever. 1 tube = 6 litres (~1.5 gallons) – enough for a good ride or a week at the gym. and if you travel, forget trying to find your normal drink or suffering the indignity of bags of powder bursting in your luggage, a couple of tubes in your bags will get there in one piece and get you through the week of training in colorado or the pyrenees. Just fill up your water bottle and drop in a couple of nuun tabs. by the time you’ve tied your laces or put on your pack, you’ve got a complex electrolyte drink that recharges your salts, but is refreshing and more efficiently absorbed than water alone or most sports drinks on the market.

Couldn't have done it without you.

Just completed my first marathon (Belfast) and had these recommended to me by the guy in the Belfast shop - a big thank you to him by the way. So many people stretching out their cramps towards the end and even though I was exhausted, I'd taken a couple of these along the way and hey presto! no cramps. I can't say enough good things about this product - five stars all the way!

I love these!

These re-hydrate you, but don't have any calories! They're not filled with sugar like some electrolyte compounds. Great for me as I don't want extra calories, I need to burn them!!

My gel of choice

These slip down easily with very little sticky residue and no extra water required. Easy on the stomach and readily ingested, also easy on the taste buds as the flavour is not as artifical as most other gels I've used. Carb level per shot is on par with other brands and my choice of gel for both training and events. They work for me.

brilliant for walking

of all the energy gels out there, this one is the best, it keeps you going for 3-4 hours during any activity however, it is quite expensve but it's worth buying

Can't fault them

I've tried out a couple of other brands of energy gels before these, and these are my favourite by quite some considerably margin. They are easy to use (I know that sounds daft but 2hrs into a long run you don't want to be faffing around struggling to open the thing!), haven't made my stomach cramp up and they almost taste good too! Although not cheap (I think they're about twice the price per gram of carbohydrate compared with the equivalent "Go-Fuel" powder), they are very convenient and if you're doing a race with water provided at checkpoints, it'd be a lot easier using these than trying to make up drink from powder.

Massive boost

I was thinking of giving up and running home, but after this gel I picked up the pace and did 3 more laps of my local park! Well worth trying!

Best refuel for long distance running

This is the only refuel drink that does exactly what it says on the tin, without being unappetising. Great for long distance runners or even those who work very hard in the gym. would highly recommend it, and cotswolds is the cheapest i can find it

Easy to drink and very portable

A very drinkable, zero calorie sports drink. I've used these on numerous ultra distance running events and am confident that they reduce the chances of cramp. A light taste, and easily disolves in water.

simply brilliant

Brilliant, easy to use, great taste and good value for money. I have used other products similar to this but High 5 have come up with a winner here and its the best value for money. All flavours
taste great but citrus has the edge for me.
