Excellent pair of socks!

These are some very durable socks, I have used mine at least once a week for about a year now and they are still in very good condition.

Using them with the Bridgedale liners worn underneath they are a perfect sock combination and I have had no blisters whatsoever and now own 4 pairs of these - a very good pair of socks!

Great Liners!

Bought these to use with another pair of Bridgedale socks and they're fab, I've had no problems with blisters when using these socks, they dry quickly and don't smell either.

Awesome socks!

I bought a pair of walking socks and had huge problems with them regarding pain and blisters however with these Bridgedale ones I find no blisters and they're very comfortable! As well as warm, they're cushioned in all the right places and are a brilliant pair of socks overall!

Amazing socks

Excellent socks

These socks have padding in all the right places. I particularly like the 'venting' parts of the sock made from a slightly lighter fabric just in front and behind the bridge of the foot and also on the ankle (the grey shaded bits on the photo). They do a great job of keeping the feet cool. Very good padding but at the same time cool feet, Marvellous!

Waterproof Socks and Comfortable

Okay I was upsold by a salesperson in Cotswold’s in Bournemouth when I was there purchasing a pair of Berghaus boots. That was the first time I had heard of waterproof socks and it conjured up an unpleasant vision of plastic lining on my feet. WAS I WRONG! If I was asked what was my most useful purchase of the year these socks would rank high on that list. Yes they do exactly what they say – they keep your feet dry - I know I stood photographing waterfalls in the Brecon Beacons with water up to my calves. Quite often the water would splash up over the boot. At no time did my feet get wet. The Merino wool interior of the socks guaranteed comfort for the entire day. I was quite surprised. If you are a landscape photographer, trekker, fisherman, or indulge in any other water based activities then these are the socks.

Amazing Socks

So comfy, worth every penny. Icebreaker merino wool as a material is pure class. Keep your feet warm yet less sweaty and smelly, very nice double act with my Aegis antimicrobial membrane boots. Fresh as a daisy after a long hike. Nice stitching as well so no pressure points.

Best socks everrrr

These are the best socks I've ever had. I hesitated buying them because of the price, but they are super comfortable; warm when it's cool and cool when it's getting toasty. They are lasting longer than normal socks and I wear them almost every day.
I have worn them for up to 3 days before washing without un-pleasant smells... but don't tell my friends...

good sock but not a perfect fit

I got these socks just before walking over Haderen's Wall. The cushioning and wicking that the sock gave was very good. my only problem they did stretch and become baggy over the day so the fit was not amazing. I am still very happy with them but I won't be getting another pair.
