Excellent piece of kit

Bought this helmet as i lost my beloved ecrin rock and to be be honest my experience of the previous elios didnt give me much faith in this model. However i have to say its brilliant, exceptionally comfortable to wear for extended periods and it fits great. The new adjustment system makes it ery easy to change the fit one handed and the flip up vents are fantastic for keeping the wind out when belaying and keeping your head cool whilst climbing. Definitely worth investing in.

Great protection for winter climbing and cragging.

Lightweight and lots of ventilation. Good protection from falling ice and rocks. May be a bit too hot for summer cragging, but it is fine for everything.

great protective helmet

the helmet is a great comfortable helmet with clips for attaching a head lamp to it. easy to fit and good prise i would consider buying it.

Great all-in-one helmet

I bought this helmet 2 weeks ago. I've done some cycling and the helmet is so light you can barely feel it. It was as well a hot day but the less than usual ventilations in a cycling helmet are compensated with the lightness.
I cant wait to try it climbing. My previous helmet was quite heavy so i will hardly ever wear it.

Tough and functional.

These are slightly dated when compared to the new lightweight helmets now available, but they're seriously tough and offer a great adjustable fit. Probably better suited to group use and mountains rather than the sporty end of rock climbing.
