Expedition Dristore Bag 70L

With the capacity of an expedition rucksack, heavy duty waterproof fabrics and taped seams, the 70 litre Expedition Dristore Bag is a durable, useful dry bag for equipment which just needs to stay dry. Once closed, the Expedition Dristore is sealed tight, so it's constructed with a compression valve to allow you to expel all the excess air from within the bag. Further versatility comes from a window panel to allow you to check the contents, and a detachable shoulder strap.

Good value rucksack-liner!

This product is great value due to its low price.
It has an extremely large capacity. but likewise will roll down to a 10/20 litre and even smaller if you wanted to!
Very light and durable, but could be thicker. This doesnt matter however as you dont carry anything sharp enough to damage it!

The best water carrier I've ever had

This water carrier is definitely worth the money. On my DofE expedition, I was the only person who didn't have a water leak in their rucksack. It is very easy to fill from the tap or stream and the mouth piece is easy to use. I would highly recommend this.

Bought to minimise the size of my sleeping bag for travelling. Stood up to vigorous 'stuffing' and kept its drum shape. Very impressed especially for the price.

A must have!

Just been on a very long and wet Coast to Coast trek, got a few of these, various sizes, packed all my stuff in dry bags then packed them in my rucksack, not a drop of water got through, using more than one really helped organise my pack, there not just waterproof but air tight so you can squash your stuff, roll down the top to seal and it stays compressed so saves space too, Truly Excellent! and forgot to say they work the other way round as well! I had a separate bag for wet and stinking socks kept all the water and stink in keeping everything else fresh and dry A MUST HAVE for walking in this country!

Excellent hard wearing drinks bladder, easy to fill

I bought this bladder a week ago in my local Belfast store, and made the choice based on some great, in store advice. I needed something that wouldn't let me down, that would fit into my existing light weight rucksack, and was easy to fill for a 31mile ultra marathon the following Saturday. It worked a treat: easy to drink from, with a decent length hose, and opened and closed without a fuss for fast drink stops. Nice product, thanks for the advice.

Essential piece of kit!

Its vitally important to keep your kit dry and these bags do just that! The design is so simple and the bags are really lightweight and come in a variety of sizes to suit any task at hand. I have used these to cross rivers with in Belize in the jungle and yet all my kit inside has been bone dry despite being completely submerged, so I would highly reccommend them after putting them to the test!

Tough and durable

I've used different sizes for all sorts of things, including kit on a roof rack in the Arctic at -50C. They've given great service. I've holed a couple too, repaired with bicycle repair patch and back in service OK. The dog loves them too, he has one full of his biscuits which keeps them dry whether canoe camping or hiking.

Only negative is they are quite stiff so if you want to put inside a pack I'd recommend the softer fabric bags, either Ortlieb or the Exped.
