Never underestimate the benefit

Prior to working for Cotswold, i was never sold on the idea of a footprint for a tent. Considered it as a bit of a needless extra - how wrong i was. Noticed the difference it made on our second trip with the tent, first with the footprint;
• Reduced condensation inside the tent 1st thing in the morning.
• Made the tent easier to clean as the campsite was a little grubby.
• Will ultimately increase the durability of the integral groundsheet on the Montana.

Money well spent.

Great protector to the tents groundsheet.

Easy to place down gives a indication as to where you can erect the tent before taking it out of it's bags. Cleans up well,does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Does what it says on the tin

Not too much to say about this little device, i've used others in the past but they are usually plastic handled and they either dig into your hand (especially on a cold wet day) or simply break. This design is far more practical as the wire is one continuous piece and is integral to the handle. Initially felt comfortable and strong, time will tell, only thing I altered was to put a bit more of an angle on the peg pulling end so that it wont slide from under the tent peg heads, but thats me, I always alter things!!! Ill give it an initial 5 stars as there is nothing really to go wrong unless the rubber handle pops off the metal
