Fantastic feeling sandals

I was concerned about how these would feel on me as they are very thin and I'm a flip flop person but needed some sandals. The moment I tried them on I loved them. They feel great and give you the protection you need without losing any feel and they also look great. Fantastic sandals.

Disappointing construction

Good design sandal being more broad at the toe end ensuring no overlap of the primary toe without having to wear an oversized version, very comfortable right out of the box, BUT alas after only 3 days normal daily wear on holiday the velcro parted company on the heel strap, very disappointed as this was my only footwear with me. I await to see North Face / Cotswold's reaction when I return them.

Excellent quality as always

having already got a pair of Northface hedgehog xcr trainers and a pair of prophecy trainers I can say that these sandals are just as comfy.Superb grippy sole,usual northface quality.you won't be dissapointed!

Very impressive set of sandals

I do a lot of cross country walking in warmer weather and do a lot of water sports so I needed a decent set of sandals that I could walk in all day and provide good grip when it gets wet.
After trying many other sandals I chose these as they provide ample comfort regardless of how long I wear them. They have a shock absorbing pad in the heel which makes them very comfortable and absorbs any impact if you need to beak into a jog in town or out on the trail and you really appreciate it a few hours into any trail.
The straps make them highly adjustable and I've taken to wearing them most days now that the weather has improved.

The best sports sandal in the world ever.....

I bought a pair of these sandals last year for a bike, hike and raft holiday in Peru. Awesome! Just what was need for white water rafting, which involved getting out of the water a bit and climbing over rocks as well. Also ideal for mountain biking and walking with a day sack. These sandals have very wide and stiff soles and so feel very stable to walk in. The only down side is that they tend to get a bit sweaty.

I have finally worn out the fabric on these sandals from kayaking and clambering around on rocks, etc. I shall be taking a new pair with me to Egypt this year, but probably giving them a quick rinse in the sink every night.
