Travel Trekker Pro 70+17 Travel Pack
Suitcases: easy to pack and unpack, terrible to carry. Rucksacks: very practical for carrying, not so easy to pack...and airports aren't too keen on all those straps! The Travel Trekker Pro opens like a suitcase to swallow all your gear but has a supportive, adjustable back system so you can carry it comfortably. When it's not on your back, the back system folds neatly away to leave a clean, uncluttered holdall to check into hold luggage. On the front of the bag, attached with the quick and simple Clamshell pouch system, is a 17 litre daypack, perfect for cabin baggage and for keeping your essentials to hand when the main bag is back at the hostel. When they're both fully loaded and you don't want all that bulk jutting out from your back, the daypack can easily attach to the shoulder harness of the main bag and be carried on your front. Of course, if you're living out of a bag, you'll want to organise your kit: a series of pockets and compressors stop things getting out of hand. Please Note: No further discounts or special offer reductions apply. Available online by phone and in limited stores only.

There are many attachment points and three methods of accessing the main compartment of the Sack which i utilise more than i thought i would. I was advised in store that this Rucksack would be good for carrying weight and it didn't disappoint. At one point during an expedition i had to carry another full expedition rucksack which i attached to the top of mine. The weight distribution was brilliant and i didn't feel the weight gain that much. The main feature that let this bag down was its special hipbelt adjustment system. It was the bane of my expedition and continuously twisted itself and loosened off. I will have to make some adjustments of my own

I use theses for mountain walks & biking and they really are worth the money. They keep your gentelmen region dry and warm rather than cold a sweaty. Don't know how long they will survive for before holes star appearing, i'll probablly just buy another pair

These undies have endured the test of time in many ways!!! They do wick and are definitely more comfortable than normal cotton under wear. However the best thing about them is that once washed they can be hung from your bag, tent pole, mast(!) and dry in no time to allow you to minimise weight using the one on - one off strategy!!

I use these Dryflo briefs for mountain biking, rock climbing and hill walking. Performed well in every use. flat stitching means no irritation when riding or wearing a harness. Was a little worried the elastic waist would stretch after a couple of uses/washes but its remained as good as new, may be considered on the slightly pricey side for underwear but you shouldn't be disappointed with these. Theyre are worth the money and will last longer than cheaper brands.

Now the weather is warming up and the trekking is getting harder and longer. I used to just wear my standard underwear / boxers. however they get sweaty, stay wet and after hours of use you start to feel the discomfort. I took the plunge and bought these from my local Plymouth store and tried them on a very hot long walk recently. What a difference, no dampness and much improved comfort.

I have the smaller ND22 and although it is fine, I do not like the pole holder system as they flop down at top. I have had to add and a small velcro strap higher up and it is attached to the loop at zip end on top zip. Also the bottom pole strap will not take poles with the snow thingies on or with ferrules so have added an elastic strap in same place. I have also seen bags with pole holders on front so the poles go under your arm and you can stow them more easily during a walk when they get in the way. No bag is perfect but apart from the pole issue it is a good bag. The bottles remain inside the elastic pockets even when bending down fully. The front zip pocket is great for bits and pieces. ~Fits very well and hardly know it is there even when full.

Fabulous lightweight rucksack in a lovely bright and visible colour. as soon as I put this rucksack on it was immediately comfortable. The side pockets are a great size to put almost anything in, but best for things like my hat that I put on and off every 20mins! there are not many pockets but thats great cause then you cant lose things and it means there or no zips to leave open or break etc.

for the pole attachment system. This does NOT work well with my walking pole. The large loop at the bottom is far too wide to be of use. I take the ferrule off my pole and stick the pointed end through the smaller loop and that works well, but the Velcro strap at the top comes undone too easily and even when it holds, it holds too loosely and the pole waggles about. I am going to thread some lengths of cord through the binding and use cord locks instead.

Very comfortable, feels nice in hands. Only disadvantage is that there is only one compartment in which its hard to put big things.

This is a perfect dual-purpose bag. It enables me, as a keen photographer and walker to take all I need for the day. Its extra length enables me to pack rain-gear at the bottom and my SLR on top, I can even fit in an extra lens. The bag is well-designed, nicely padded and very comfortable to carry. The front pocket has useful sections for all the little camera accessories and there are external mesh pockets for water etc. A great fit-for-purpose back-pack and very reasonably priced too.
