Delivery information

For delivery to Australia, please allow an additional 2-7 days to the delivery times displayed on the product page. Your order will be delivered by Australia Post.

The cost of delivery to Australia is £25 for parcels up to 30kg and 1.5m in length. Although the vast majority of our parcels meet this criteria very occasionally we may need to contact you to discuss alternative delivery options. Please ensure therefore that your contact details are up to date by using the ‘My Account’ link on the right hand side of the page header.

Importing Goods to Australia

Please note that the prices shown are inclusive of VAT at 20.0%. Although this local tax will be deducted before we charge you for your order it is included in the price you see at checkout and on your order confirmation.

There is no requirement to pay duty or Goods and Services Tax when your goods arrive in Australia as long as your order has a shipped value of less than AUD $1000 (around £600, although this will depend on the exchange rate at the time of order).

Should your order exceed these import limits then you will be responsible for any additional customs charges. Please note also that if multiple packages arrive in Australia to the same consignee sent from a single consignor overseas then the value of all packages may be combined for duty and tax assessment purposes.

Returning a purchase

If an item is faulty (within 12 months of purchase), please contact us and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us as well as providing a replacement. We will reimburse all postage costs.

If you would like to return a product for any other reason, you will need to arrange postage of the item to the address below at your own expense within 28 days of purchase, new and unused, with all original packaging and labels enclosed. Please fill in the details on the reverse side of your delivery note, specifying REFUND or EXCHANGE.

If you choose to exchange an item, we will post the replacement item to you free of charge.
