3. Comfortable leg wear - Whether you choose leggings, cropped trousers or shorts, comfortable legwear that allows full freedom of movement is essential on the trail.
4. Cushioning, wicking socks - To keep your feet comfortable, happy and free of blisters.
5. Lightweight trail running shoes - Trail running shoes are designed to provide superior grip on rocky and muddy terrain as well as protecting the foot from bumps and impacts. 7. Hats & gloves - Wear a cap in summer to keep the sun out of your eyes and protect your face from harmful UV rays. In cooler climates it is important to keep your extremities warm, so a thermal hat helps prevent the loss of body heat from your head and gloves will keep your hands and fingers toasty.
8. Sunglasses - UV protection sunglasses can be very useful for keeping the sun out of your eyes so that you can see where you are going.
