great fit and look but confusing labelling

Bought the trousers. They fit and look good. The label attached to them in the shop implied that they were quick drying and had sun protection - just what I was looking for. However, having got home and looked up more information on the internet it's now not clear that the fabric is quick drying - will soon find out!

Comfortable and lghtweight

Bought instore in Newcastle, initially out of stock, but helpful staff got a pair quickly.
colour is sage, not tusk as show on website.
Part elasticated waistband (for the over indulgant day)
2 back pockets with zip.
2 font patch pockets with velcro fastener ( but not too big)
2 side slant pockets (one has additional zip pocket)
Webbing belt.
Very lightweight material, strong and quick drying when comparing with craghopper cargo shorts or similar.
Well tailored with all seams double stiched (my bum doesnt look big in these!)
Would recommend these shorts and Cotswold Outdoors.

lightweight shorts

I bought these from the store in Newcastle,
My size wasn't in stock, but it was apainless process to get them ordered.
The shorts are made from a lightweight ripstop material and all seams are double stiched for strengh.
They weigh in at 260g or around 9oz, much less than than Craghoppers.
Colour is Sage green not stone as on website.
They are supplied with a webbing belt in the same colour.
Pockets consist of 2 patch pockets, good size but not oversize, with velcro fastening.
2 rear pockets, one with a velcro fastening and one with a zip fastening
2 slant side pockets and one seam side pocket with zip fastening.The front and rear pockets are created from meah internaly.
On the first outing the shorts proved to be very comfortable and didnt make my bum look big!due to the good tailoring. They also dried within 15mins of good soaking from the british weather.
Overall I'd give these 5 stars, very well made shorts wich should last a good couple od seasons.
cheaper than Rohans and as good as any on the market.
