Built wth 3 layer Pro Shell, the most rugged GORE-TEX® fabric, the Kongur MRT is also breathable and lightweight. Features include 2 large chest pockets positioned perfectly for use whilst wearing a rucksack and harness and 2 external map pockets that also allow hidden access to you possessions. The super long cut and Alpine HC hood provide robust protection just where you need it and double storm flaps mean that water won't seep through in wet weather. Not only that, but water resistant pit zips will help you stay dry inside even when working really hard. i bought this as a replacement for my tiring paramo aspira pro, i was worried the gore tex would be too warm and not breathable enough in high intensity activities but my how wrong i was, it's legendary. i would gave to say its infinitely superior to the paramo and even to the rab latok, i think it's downside is it has too many pockets even for my work in mountain rescue but the red/hi vis certainly makes it an excellent bit of kit in the mountains

Great jacket, worn in atrocious conditions on 3 Peaks and also in good conditions. Keeps you totally dry, lots of pockets and features, anti-wind, very good purchase.

Bought this jacket 18months ago now, it just takes everything I throw at and laughs. Initially bought it to keep me dry whilst waiting on DofE groups in the mountains. It s worked well in torrential rain, snow and blizzards at home in northern Ireland, in winter in Scotland and in winter alps. Can't recommend it highly enough.
