Tech Wash is water based and eco friendly, and can be used to clean jackets, fleeces, baselayers and most other outdoor clothing. It removes dirt and detergent residue leaving water-repellency intact and is ideal for protecting the water-repellency on new garments. TX Direct Wash In is a fantastic eco-friendly wash-in waterproofing agent, that helps maintain your waterproof garments, or makes your non-waterproof fabrics waterproof. It heals micro-cracks by sealing leaky areas and is safe on Gore-Tex, Ultrex and Entrant, and all other membrane fabrics.

I was looking to replace some of my water "resistant" jackets as rain was starting to leak through the fabric, after talking to staff at the Cotswold Outdoor Store I bought and used this twin pack, worked a treat and has breather new life into a couple of old loved jackets - certainly cheaper than replacing the jackets!

These are all you need to clean and re-proof a high quality waterproof jacket. I used them on a North Face Cirrus Jacket (with HyVent waterproofing) and it's come out as good as new. The quality of the waterproofing is as excellent as ever - the rain just lands on the surface as droplets and runs straight off.

To use simply follow the instructions on the packaging. I used in a washing machine.

This does exactly what is says it will do. It cleans and proofs your ski gear time after time. I wouldn't use anything else on my clothing.

Simple to use, follow the instructions. We have soft water and had to double rinse, perhaps we should have reduced the wash measure. The dual pack was priced the same as the TX Direct on its own, making the Tech Wash effectively free.
