I brought these for me to take with me away on a scouting trip abroad. They are great for walking long distance in the heat but would recommended breaking them in like walking boots first as the base does mold to your foot shape. They can easily be washed and dry quickly after getting wet or damp. Lightweight so are easy to take away on hiking trips for the evenings.
