Vango's multi-function flysheet door means the Mirage will deal with harsh weather and then open up into a comfortable porch - with a groundsheet - for fine conditions.

This tent is a dream. The easy to follow pitching instructions are sewn into the tent bag, they make putting the tent up fast and simple. When you are pitched the tent is strong and stable. I used the ropes because the pitch was grass but if I hadn't been able to peg it out I'm sure it would have been ok. With the pegs it was more than ok. The door is in the front of the tent so no one has to climb over anyone in the night. It is well ventilated, keeps out the wind and is very waterproof. I brought this a backpacking tent and it is a bit heavier than the pop up kind but the design makes it far easier to carry on your back with a rucksack.

For the price this tent is great for newbies to the mountain/outdoor environment rather than spending 100's on a 'gucci' tent. Well ventilated but the only downfall is the lack of support on the entrance, howeber perfect for 2 with kit
