Weighing in at just 1.95kg, the Asylum Tarp provides shelter for up to four persons. Based on the original tarp concept, it is the ultra-lightweight option for demanding trips where weight and bulk are an issue. It provides the perfect back-up solution when the hut is full, the weather suddenly turns mean or shelter is needed in a hurry. The fabric is super-lightweight and robust and has a silicon coating on both sides. The tarp weighs less than a standard-issue group bivi bag, is very roomy and extremely stable in the wind.
