I like these burners because of the way the lid screws on, its good if you finish cooking with it then you can blow out the flame, and once cooled just screw on the cap and keep any excess fuel. This helps with not wasting any fuel so what you have lasts longer, which may be crucial on backpacking trips. A good tip for puttin out the flame is to drop the lif onto the top of it, without the air the flame cant burn.
The only downside here really is the temperature control, personally i dont find the lid with the rotating metal sheet that effective for temperature control, especially when it gets hot, i tend to just keep the flame burning at full heat or adjust it before i put it on with no intention of changing it once lit. other than this its a good burner, clean, safe and you have no worry of excess fuel dripping out.
