Product Information

The Mens Trango S Evo Boot from La Sportiva bridges the gap between traditional hiking boots and heavier mountain boots by remaining light and precise whilst boasting crampon compatiblility. The boot has out of the box comfort and is ideal for 3 season alpine hiking, scrambling, mountaineering and Via Ferrata. Your feet will remain dry and comortable with the Gore-Tex lining and the all synthetic upper is light and repels water. Importantly, the Vibram Mulaz outsole is made from the sticky Supertrek Rubber and has an edging platform to help you grip on those thin edges.

Please note: The crampons pictured are not included with the boots.

They are like sipping into a pair of trainers right out of the box. They are flexible but supportive in the right places.
They are quite expensive for their class. Can be cold on the snow.

I bought these boots and wore them for a week straightaway and without any 'breaking in'.

They were light, comfortable and readily took a pair of crampons.
