- I had some torrential downpour on my coast to coast trip. But despite getting a wet bag (bivvy bag and air mat got wet) the clothes and sleeping bag inside this never got a hint of moisture.
Very very lightweight. Great as a single protective layer, or as extra protection if you use a rucksack liner too (which I will likely be doing in the future on the West Highland Way to Cape Wrath Trail next year).
I didn't pay full RRP for this, but probably would have done anyway.
- This is not kayaker/watersports friendly as it cannot be submerged.
You do need to be somewhat careful not to pull too hard when removing it from a bag or putting it on rough ground as it is very thin.
