The Women's Momentum Jacket is a lightweight waterproof jacket designed for alpine climbers.

When designing this jacket Rab stripped of all superfluous faff and used a new lightweight eVent 3 layer fabric, any alpinists' dream. Napoleon pockets are perfect for accessing kit when hanging leash-less searching for somewhere to stuff an over mitt and the hood is fully featured and adjustable.

The fit is trim and athletic with a scoop tail to provide best possible protection and movement whilst minimising bulk and weight - this also makes it an ideal all-round waterproof for mountain walking and multi-activity use.

Awesome Jacket
Reviewed By Sarah, 11 Jun 2011

Amazing! Just got this jacket and I love it. I has a brilliant cut, nice long sleeves and body. I really wanted a lightweight jacket so the fact that it doesn't have the 'normal' pockets or a hood stow away doesn't bother me as it all helps keep the weight low. I got the rose colour and its gorgeous not too bright!

Really good buy

The hood is the best I've had in a jacket - stays up in wind and rain without having to draw it down tightly so you can't see. The wired peak really works. Also I like the fact that it is lightweight so carrying it is no problem, and wearing it with a short sleeved t shirt is fine too - not at all sweaty. Finally, I have found it more windproof than I expected from such a lightweight jacket. I would recommend (love the colour).
