Nice they make a ladies version which do make a difference to the fit of the fingers, though they could be a bit wider in the 'body' and wrist.
I'm going to return them (unused). I didn't realise when I bought them that the lining is not attached to the outer at the finger tips, meaning they would be likely to come out when I removed my damp fingers.
I have found a pair which fulfil this requirement (Trespass "Goten") - I wait to see if this anchorage has compromised the waterproofness!
