The MeCo 120 long sleeve is a light weight, long sleeved base layer made from a blend of Merino wool and Polyester with Cocona technology. The MeCo baselayer fabric is an intimate blend of ethically sourced Australian Merino wool and recycled polyester with Cocona technology. Cocona technology is a clever addition to the polyester, using activated carbon derived from discarded coconut shells and other natural porous particles, which adds to the moisture-moving and quick-drying performance of the fibre, as well as extending the comfortable working range of the Merino into higher temperatures. Cocona is contained inside the recycled fibre, so it won't wear out or wash off. The 120 Long Sleeve uses a version of the fabric which is very lightweight and makes the most of the comfortable and antibacterial nature of Merino wool, but is made faster drying due to the synthetic content. The Cocona technology even adds to the antimicrobial qualities of the fabric to fight odour build-up: ideal for prolonged wear! The MeCo 120 long sleeve has a close fit, making it an ideal base later for all high activity uses.
