Great mat for a great nights sleep!

I brought this mat in the summer of 2011 just before going on a week camping trip with scouts, after using foam roll mats for years i wanted a change and upgrade. AS it was my first inflatable mat i didn't want to break the bank so the camper 25 by multimat was a great choice, a real good value for money. On the first night of the camp i took the matt out the bag and simply unrolled, undid the valve and watched the mat inflate in about 30 seconds (impressive). So the next morning i woke up with out any of the aches or stiffness from a nights sleep with a foam roll mat. At the end of the week i was still very impressed with the camper 25 as it had kept my comfortable and warm. Even though i am not the smallest of lads the mat is long enough the compensate for my whole body, as well as the long length the matt is wide enough for my shoulders with a little room for rolling around. At the end of the week when it came to putting the camper 25 away, the mat itself was a little deflated to what it was at the beginning of the week but i had slept on it for 7 nights so it was understandable. Also i didn't think i would be able to get the mat back to the original size but i was possible due to the really helpful elastic straps, and now it is stored in a nice little carry bag that comes with the mat, you also get a repair kit just in case of a puncture which i thought was very good.

So all in all i would really recommend this Camper 25 Self Inflating mat form Multimat to anyone as it is a all round good/easy/cheap product to use. Thumbs up!

Perfect UK sleeping bag

I've used Mountain Hardware sleeping bags for a number of years now and changed mine to the Lamina 20 long last September. It packs down really small for it's rated temperature and with it's slightly bigger and longer cut I find it is excellent for my 6' 3" broader frame. I've used it over the autumn and winter and remained nice and warm, including on cold nights in the mountains where Ice has formed on the tent (-3'C)
I use mine with a good Thermarest mat (prolite plus) and have not found it wanting at all.
So in conclusion light, compact warm and well made, comes with an excellent compression sack and a large net bag for storage at home - superb

Good Spring / UK summer sleeping bag

This sleeping bag packs down small, and is easily packed into the stuff bag. It was adequate for spring camping, however, if temperatures dipped below freezing, I would suggest placing a silk sleeping bag liner. The comfort rating is based on a 60kg person, and as I am lighter, found it a little chilly even though temperatures where above freezing. Overall, I am happy with this purchase for a spring/summer sleeping bag, but would not recommend it for early spring / late autumn.

This leaks!

I bought this item in Summer 2011, after only 10 nights normal use the area around the nozzle began to leak air at the start of a 2 week cycling expedition leaving me on the cold hard ground every night. When I returned home Cotswold provided a full refund with no quibble but I was not impressed with this unreliable product.

Fantastic lightweight mat

Have used this a number of times, including during a mountain marathon - fabulous - packs so small in my sack that it meant I could use a 20 litre rucksack for the first time!

Unrealiable

I bought this back in June during a trip to Wales. I used it, and on the first night it deflated on me. This isn't very good seeing as this only leaves you with a very thin piece of plastic when all the air is gone.

Received a replacement, used it once, it was fine... used it again this weekend, same thing - deflation after 1.5 hours of comfortable sleep, then the ground for the duration of the night - at 0 celsius that ain't much good!

Absolutely 100% furious about this!

Ideal bag for damp Scottish climate!

This was my first new sleeping bag. I was very comfortable despite the cold, damp and windy conditions over the four nights backpacking trip in Scotland this October. I was sometimes cold when I got into the bag but soon warmed up and stayed cosy all night long.

Good starter bag

We bought these for UK camping and have used them a few times in Wales. Back in February / March they kept me pretty warm but could have just done with a liner for a bit extra. However they seem good value for money and quite a comfortable bag.
