Whether you're putting in some serious training for an event, managing your personal fitness, or looking for motivation to go further, faster and harder, the Forerunner 210 provides useful, interesting, easy to read data through Garmin Connect, Garmin's online data analysis and sharing community. Using the charging clip, you can plug it in to your PC, upload the data to the website and replay your workout, view your routes on a map, check out a summary of your performance and plan goals for next time.
