Situated in Bicester Avenue we pride ourselves on being able to offer a vast amount of information to our customers whilst being highly knowledgeable on the products we sell.
The Team
We are proud to have a team some of the most enthusiastic and highly experienced staff to offer sound advice based on their own extensive experiences. Having a group of passionate mountaineers, climbers, skiers, mountain bikers, trail runners and walkers in our ranks means we can share so much with our customers on our experiences or just swapping adventure stories.
About the store
At the Bicester store we are keen to help a variety of people whether it be finding boots for general walks around the local area or preparing your kit for a trek up Kilimanjaro. Our staff will be with you every step of the way to help you find exactly what you’re looking for and at the same time making you feel as comfortable as possible and offer varying knowledge from their own experiences. This store is set in a prominent position on the outskirts of the ever growing and developing market town of Bicester. Access is simple with direct access through to London and Birmingham and by passing hotspots such as Silverstone on the A43 and the Heritage Motor Centre, Junction 12 on the M40. There are regular direct links through to London and Oxford by train and coach. Parking is free and there is a selection of other shops available to satisfy your shopping needs including a delightful cafe and restaurant with an adjacent indoor play facility for the younger explorers.

Expert Footwear and Rucksack Fitting
We provide an expert boot and rucksack fitting and adjustment service. With staff fully trained in fitting we can ensure the best fit and find the most appropriate footwear meaning you no longer have to suffer from the agonizing problem of blisters on the hill! With our rucksacks we can again provide the most accurate fitting to ensure no back problems ensue. Once our experts have fitted you up you still have the option of a 28 day home trial! Please call our store to arrange a fitting with one of our members of staff.

Thinking of going travelling or just need a guide on local pub walks? Our library houses a full range of Lonely Planet guides, maps, and a comprehensive range of books and DVDs for all types of activities. Are staff will happily assist you in finding the right publication or answer any questions or queries concerning your travels or trips.
