Our People

People are the most important part of our business. To ensure our staff are kept abreast of product development and that our customers get the best possible advice during their visits to Cotswold Outdoor, all of our staff undergo a continual programme of experimental product training and on the job skills development. With the help of suppliers and using our own qualified instructors, our staff are able to test the latest products in the environment for which they were designed. Cotswold Outdoor also dedicates time each week (in stores) to ensure that our staff receive training that will continue to build and develop product knowledge and customer service.

Career Development

For those that wish to pursue a career with Cotswold Outdoor, we are able to offer training and personal development programmes. We aim, wherever possible to promote from within and as such the combination of both external and internal training, should set you in good stead for a rewarding career with the Company.
