used for Traditional climbing and scrambling

My favourite "do anything" rope. Whether I'm doing a single pitch climb or a grade 3 scramble, this rope is always the one I choose. It has brilliant abrasion resistance and has certainly coped with its fair share of grit stone.

Verdict: Take this for near enough any climbing adventure

Great beginners rope... Reviewed By J, 17 Mar 2011

I've had this rope for just over two years now, and its still going strong. It’s by far the best beginners rope out there at this price. I've used it for scrambling, trad climbing, tree climbing etc. The sheath, even though it’s not dry treated, is extremely resistant to abrasion, and gives the rope a more substantial feel. You'll be glad of the 11 falls when your first starting out! While it’s not a complete lightweight, I've got backpacking with it and my full rack, and although tiring, I enjoyed it thoroughly.
