I have a multitude of these little gems and each one has been essential to both water and land based trips. I kept the likes of radio equipment, head torch and digital camera in them, sustaining throughout wet weather, submersion and general wear and tear. I kept this one (yellow) in particular as my emergency grab bag on my Kayak – making it easy for myself and others to find if ever detached. The colour has sustained well after excessive use and machine washing.
This bag also saved my sanity after the constant and tedious task of packing and repacking a rucksack every day. Using them as ‘compartments’ for all my gear really helped when I had limited light and space to search for kit. The simple task of just splitting your smalls from socks really helped!
Not only did it perform its primary task of keeping my gear clean and dry, it served also as an indispensable organisational device.
Get a few of them – you’ll wonder how you ever survived without them.
