Great Addition Reviewed By Richard, 16 May 2013

Though it states that it is for the Trangia range, it fits my Sigg meths set just the same. Useful to have when you cannot find meths for sale. It is much faster than meths for cooking. Good adjustment of the flame makes cooking easy. Clever gas pre-heat tube ensuring better operation at lower temps, though I have not put cold weather use to the test yet.

Brilliant piece of kit for a decent price Reviewed By Patrick, 04 Apr 2013

Bought this a few weeks ago as I got a bit fed up waiting for the meths on my trangia to boil. It's a very simple piece of kit but works brilliantly. Very pleased, and fully worth the £35 I paid for it.

Pocket Afterburner Reviewed By Adrian, 01 Jun 2012

Bought this for a mates 40th as he was getting upset waiting for his trangia to boil while I already had a cup of tea and hot food with my jetboil. Now I might be worried. We boiled approx half a litre in under 1min 30 secs. It uses a little more gas than my jetboil but its quick. On the plus side also it has a heat ring thingy that heats the gas before its burned so this should help in the depths of winter on the moor. The only minus is if you want to put the pipe through the side of the trangia you have to drill a large hole but if you have a cone cutter its easy. All in all a great purchase I wish I had kept for myself so now Im going to have to buy one......
