excellent, versatile piece of kit Reviewed By derek, 22 Mar 2013

windproof enough, looks smart, light enough but heavy enough, if that makes sense! after breaking a zip on another softshell specifically made for biking, this one got pressed in to service for mountain biking since xmas. usually just worn with a LS base underneath, it's proved to be ideal. plenty of length on the arms and back, nice amount of stretch, and doesn't make you look even more of a nerd despite your lid. lovely bit of kit. despite being covered in crap twice a week, and no more care than being thrown in the washing machine with pads and gloves for a 40min, 30degree wash with no detergent after every ride it still looks great, water stills beads, and it still breathes.

Amazingly versatile Reviewed By Steve, 17 Oct 2012

I've owned the Boa hood for about 18 months now; it’s hard wearing and good looking. The fabric is light in weight and highly elastic, with good breathability, wind and water resistance. Ideal for 3 season wear as the fabric gives so well you can throw a fleece on underneath and not look like the Michelin man if it’s a bit chilly.
