The iconic Helly Hansen stripe-across-the-chest design returns once again in this a revamped classic. Now slimmer, longer and more ski biased, the Recon moves from the park and pipe to the whole mountain.


The jacket is constructed with Primaloft WarmCore insulation and Helly Tech Performance fabric to keep the warmth in and the weather out, with mechanical ventilation zippers to further fine-tune the inner microclimate. The hood is zip-away, adjustable and insulated, and the powder skirt zips off when not in use. Articulated arms and adjustable cuffs come together with snap-away, adjustable bottom hem. Multiple exterior and interior pockets, together with goggle wipes and a specially designed ski-pass pocket, make this a perfect jacket for your alpine activities on and off the slopes.

Really pleased with this jacket. It has a great fit with no flappy bits to catch the wind. On cold days, it is nice and warm without sweating and on hot days, it feels very light.

Needed new skiing gear and found this little bargain as I am on a budget. Keeps you warm in the snow and the hood stays on as you ski down the slopes.

I have been looking for a new jacket for a while and considered north face and all the other brands, but when i saw this jacket i thought it was excellent value for money. It is very warm, keeps the rain and wind out, and has vents under the arms so heat can escape and you stay cool. Can't wait for the really cold weather to come in so i can wear this more!!

First of all i would like to give my many many many thanks to cotswoldoutdoor service. I am from Greece , i gave the order on Sunday 13th March late at night and tomorrow morning on Saturday 19th it was in my hand in perfect condition.The jacket is just great!I bought it for my brother who is almost 1.87m height and his chest is almost 140cm and the xxxl size fits him perfectly.It is highly recommended jacket to everyone.One more time thank you cotswoldoutdoor!
