Icebreaker merino products are usually sound, and although these stay warm and odour free the leggings become baggy very quickly and cannot stand extensive wear. It is definitely worth the few extra pounds to invest in Icebreaker Bodyfit products which retain their shape for much longer and are generally slightly more durable.

I've warn these in winter when stood at cold bus stops, commuting. Perfect. I bought them for skiing in Scotland and they are fast wicking and warm. However, they are not that stretchy and I find them somewhat restrictive for very active pursuits. Also, if you happen to be tall, you'll need to buy long socks.
