This iconic B3 boot is designed for mountain use and at altitude with an insulated footbed. The 3mm roughout leather upper provides great protection from snow and rock when climbing or mountaineering. This boot is still made in La Sportiva’s factory in the Dolomites-the perfect area for product testing year round. Just available in our Glasgow, Keswick, Exeter, Manchester, Piccadilly and Royal Oak stores this winter. Time to pray for snow! Weight: 2.3kg per pair.

I wore these for five days in the Scottish mountains this winter, and they were just amazing other people in the group had cold feet, mine were never cold. They are tough and withstand the abuse I gave them. All in all a great boot can't fault it.

A durable boot made to last ! It's dead easy to get a good fit with this model and i found them to be comfortable right out the box which was a nice suprise, there is plenty of room in the toe area so they don't feel squashed or cramped (which is rare if you have wide feet like me). My toes have always toasty,even in -18. I don't get any heel slip with these boots and i found the stiff sole to make precision and edging a lot easier. The tongue is removable allowing room for thick socks. The lacing locking system is snag free, effective and easy to use with a gloved hand, the ONLY downside i have found is that because they are made of leather they have a habbit of freezing overnight, although I recommend you to wear VBL's and gaiters to minimise moisture (which in my experience works well)
