Containing items such as antiseptic cream, fabric dressing and a woven bandage, it is well equipped for most minor injuries. A loop on the back of the pack allows you to carry it either on a belt or on the outside of a rucksack.

Obviously, as a pocket first aid kit, size is not its forte. However, this nifty little kit has all that is needed for a basic hiking or camping trip. There's an assortment of plasters and bandages, and everything fits in perfectly. There's enough room to squeeze in some pills if necessary, and for those without much first aid knowledge, the leaflet included contains some insightful tips. It is incredibly light and can fit snugly in a pocket, or hung from a karabiner off the backpack. The material seems sturdy enough, and the bright red makes it easy to catch sight of in sticky situations. I would highly recommend this first aid kit as either a basic starter kit, or a backup to a larger, possibly harder to reach quickly, kit for the more adventurous expeditions.

This is a very good little pocket first aid kit.
However bear in mind the following; it is more of a personal/solo kit and will only treat 1 person.

It probably will not last long before needing a refill (only if your the kind of person who always picks up injuries though).

However, it is a very lightweight and compact item! They have really stuffed everything in to a small little bag and i was surprised at the size when i got it, but it takes up no room at all in my rucksack.

It features a handy belt loop on the back if you want to attach it to your belt.

The items are really good qaulity inside but you will probably want to add a few things to it to make it even better.
I added:
Lip balm
Tissues
Plasters (it doesnt have any)
Rubber gloves
Water purification tablets

Now its got all ill ever need!

All in all very good little kit and great value. Would recommend to anyone.
