The first two flasks I purchased I had to return as they were defective - emptying the coffee in my bag!The next two have been mor reliable but still dont have my full confidence yet. When they work they are excellent though.

Best thermal mug i have come across in a long time picked it up in store. Been out with it once on a military training exersize fits perfectly in an ammo pouch. all round good product

I was given this mug this Christmas just gone and use it on average 3 times a week and I'm very impressed with it.
It keeps my drink hot for the claimed 4 hours and drinkably warm for even longer, this is even after heat loss every time I unscrew the top to take a sip.
The mug has survived a lot of grief at school with day to day wear and tear and the only damage so far is some chipped paint. The metal part on the bottom did fall off after I dropped it; however it slotted back in and is as good as new (no decline in performance).
The small storage space in the top is useful for sugars etc. The only drawback of this mug is the need to unscrew and fully remove the lid to drink from it, although I don't find it to be a problem.

I bought this mug for the size, small enough to fit in a pouch or a coat pocket without being too cumbersome. Easily fits in side pockets in my day sack and is tough enough to withstand most dings and daily abuse. At the price it is no great loss if it gets lost, stolen or severely dented. Highly recommend putting your name on it as they have a habit of getting swiped by family and work colleagues!

The sealed lid keeps drinks hot longer than other insulated mugs, but it takes both hands to unscrew, and then the lid comes off completely. This means you can't use it when driving. Also, drinks go cold quickly outdoors once the lid is off, unlike 'spill-proof' mugs which have a small hole to drink through.

I have spent a lot of money on other mugs this is by far the best. I dont always get time for breaks at work so its great to come back to a hot tea or coffee.

I must be on my fourth one by now, I use it so much in the end looks quite battered (but still works fine), over the years I have used these at
work,on holiday,when walking and gratefully used twice because of long waits at hospitals, when refreshments closed or too far away.

I use this all the time, for meetings, work, day hikes, camping. Keeps drinks hot or cold for a few hours - not quite as long as a flask would, but ideal, say, if it's made in the morning and drunk at lunchtime. Now I need a second one, because my partner keeps taking it to work.
