Phenomenal piece of kit Reviewed By Alan, 13 Apr 2013

I bought literally dozens of outdoor shells from bright orange ones for cycling to daretogo, you name it but they all let in water. This jacket stands head and shoulders above the rest ; proper taped seams and zips, goretex all the way and loads of other features like the draw string on the hood that transforms it into a tight peak cap capable of sealing in the heat and keeping out the strongest of winds on any wild mountain. The pockets are easy to use in cold/bad weather and store enough for a day expedition. I have used this on snowdon, pen y fan and scotland and has never let me down. the price point is what you have to pay for something you can depend on to keep you dry and alive.
