A great pair of warm gloves Reviewed By Alan, 29 Mar 2013

I had been looking for a decent set of gloves for a while and thought I'd end up buying Seal Skinz but went to local Cotswold store and tried these instead. Were bought for hill walking but also for use outside visits at work where I need to be able to write so didnt want gloves that were too bulk. These gloves have been great so far in the recent cold snap keeping my hand nicely warm and dry. I can also easily hold a pen or pencil so can write site notes without having to take them off which is a major bonus.
Cotswold's staff were very helpful too in letting me try the full range of gloves and even lending me a pen and some paper to check how dexterous they were.
I am a member of the Geological Society too so qualified for a discount so that helped too.

Toastie Warm Reviewed By Nick, 24 Mar 2013

Purchased to replace a pair of gloves that were no longer waterproof. These were trialled on the South Downs in the current (March 2012) unseasonably cold weather.
They fitted well (XL) and were held firmly by the cuff. The innards were fleecy and seriously warm with ice on the ground and snow in the air.
There was no water penetration from the wet ground or from the wet dog and the grippy palm kept his lead tight.

Great pair of gloves Reviewed By Gavin, 12 Mar 2013

Great gloves, bought a soiled (yes soiled, it said so on the label) pair for £25 so well chuft with that (slight tear which was easily stitched) I've bagged 6 winter Munro's using them so very good gloves until the body temp rises and the hands start sweating.

perfect gloves Reviewed By Eva, 16 Oct 2011

they fit perfectly on hands and what I like is, that around wrist, there is close encasement, so the snow cant go in :)
