Fab pair of gloves Reviewed By Charlotte, 24 Mar 2013

I purchased the M.E guide gloves for a trip to Scotland and it is fair to say that they have come in 'handy' on more than one occasion.

Due to the fit of the glove they naturally have your hands set as though you was holding a ball, this means holding an ice axe comes with ease.

The best thing about these gloves is that the fleece and pile lining does not catch on your hands when they are wet, they simply slide on.

I think the price is very reasonable for what they are, warmth and comfort on the mountain is essential.

Good all round glove! Reviewed By Jessie, 03 Feb 2013

This is a great glove! Exceptionally warm and waterproof. I have used these for winter climbing and mountaineering in scotland and I hardly ever got cold hands! They work really well with powerstretch gloves underneath as a layering glove. Can be tricky undoing caribiners and fidling with zips, etc but I dont know many gloves that don't take much faf time. The wrist straps are also great so you don't drop your glove. The only downside to the guides is the big wrsit area! it is hard to keep a jacket sleeve covering them because they are big! So rain can run inside the glove sometimes! Other then that I would highly recommend this glove to any mountaineer. May seem expensive but worth the price!

Best Gloves Ever Reviewed By B, 16 Jan 2013

I usually find outdoor gloves too bulky and uncomfortable but these are brilliant , they enable you to use your hands easily , are very comfortable and above all warm and waterproof. The wrist strap is an excellent idea, how many single gloves do you have?
They may seem expensive but are well worth the investment.
