These fit perfectly, are warm but allow dexterity in the fingers. Which was a must for me, along with the durable palms and fingers, giving you more control in the wet. Great buy.

I bought these gloves for myself to use Nordic Walking, I am female, but found the Small men's size fitted well. The gloves offer perfect reinforcement for use with Nordic Poles, they are warm and an excellent fit and allow a good degree of 'feel' with the poles. I will be recommending these to my clients.
